Our Grandma's Lemon Sugar Cookies

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, and lemon extract thoroughly.

Stir flour, baking powder, and salt together.

Slowly add flour mixture to shortening mixture. Don't forget to mix in some love!

Divide dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
