Spring Crudite
A fresh, seasonal crudité centered around creamy hummus swirled with bright pesto and surrounded by crisp spring vegetables. Simple, colorful, and designed for easy grazing and gathering.

Spoon the hummus into the center of a large platter or shallow bowl and gently swirl with the back of a spoon. Dollop the pesto over the top and lightly swirl again. Drizzle with olive oil.

Wash and dry all vegetables. Keep cuts simple and elongated so they can stand upright.

Press the vegetables vertically into the hummus, letting them fan outward. Alternate colors and heights for a relaxed, abundant look.

Add a final drizzle of olive oil and a light pinch of flaky salt if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
