Instructions

    Brush cut sides of bread with oil and vinegar.

    Layer bottom half with salami, capicola, provolone.

  3. 3

    Add red peppers, artichokes, tapenade, arugula.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Top with other bread half.

    Press sandwich in panini press or weight down in skillet 3-4 min per side.

  7. 7

    Cut into quarters and serve.
