Green Bean Salad

A fresh and colorful summer salad featuring crisp green beans, ripe tomatoes, basil, and shallots tossed in a light champagne vinaigrette. Simple, refreshing, and perfect for entertaining.

Green Bean Salad

Instructions

    Trim green beans, slice tomatoes into wedges, thinly slice shallot and slice basil into ribbons.

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 3–5 min (depending on how thick the green beans are).

    While the beans are boiling fill a bowl with ice and water. Drain cooked green beans and immediately immerse in ice water bowl.

    Toss with champagne vinaigrette, fold in sliced tomatoes, shallots & basil.

    Chill 30 min before serving.
