Garden Herb Butter
Garden herb butter is a simple, flavorful spread made by blending softened butter with fresh herbs from the garden. The best part is you can use whichever herbs you love or have on hand, like parsley, chives, thyme, or basil. It’s an easy way to add fresh, bright flavor to warm bread, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, or fish.

Leave butter out for 1 hour prior to.

Finely chops herbs and garlic.

In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Spoon the herb butter into molds or transfer to a small glass container with a lid.

Transfer to a small serving dish or airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Let it sit at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes before serving so it spreads easily.
