Peach Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
5 ripe peaches - halved, pitted, and sliced into half moons
1 pack mozzarella pearls
6 leaves fresh basil
Balsamic glaze (measure with your heart)
Directions:
Arrange the peach slices in a circular pattern or rows on a serving platter.
Scatter the mozzarella pearls evenly over the peaches, focusing toward the center.
Stack the basil leaves, roll them tightly, and slice thinly into ribbons (this is called a chiffonade).
Sprinkle the basil over the peaches and mozzarella.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze—don’t be shy!
