Peach Caprese Salad

Ingredients:

  • 5 ripe peaches - halved, pitted, and sliced into half moons

  • 1 pack mozzarella pearls

  • 6 leaves fresh basil

  • Balsamic glaze (measure with your heart)

Directions:

  • Arrange the peach slices in a circular pattern or rows on a serving platter.

  • Scatter the mozzarella pearls evenly over the peaches, focusing toward the center.

  • Stack the basil leaves, roll them tightly, and slice thinly into ribbons (this is called a chiffonade).

  • Sprinkle the basil over the peaches and mozzarella.

  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze—don’t be shy!
